_{The vault occupied by Perry is located in an underground corridor, left over from an old subway that was used by the occupants of the city. When he came across this place it was covered in rubble, but he saw a sort of light down below. In the end he found an old subway platform, as well as a good amount of track that hadn’t been covered with rock. With a little work he managed to make the place homey, and using some old doors that he tore off a collapsed building he managed to create a livable space. The house itself is located in the 16th platform, thus the name. The things he steals, as well as a multitude of other items, are hidden on another platform that he found in the tunnels, however this one is still closed off from the world above. This being the case it provided a great place for storage. He jokingly calls the vault ‘The Maze’, because of the vast network of tunnels connected to it.}
